BADDESLEY CLINTON

The parish lies about four miles of Kenilworth and seven miles north west of Warwick. The village became deserted in the Middle Ages, and its site is near Baddesley Clinton Hall, described as a perfect example of a mediaeval semi-fortified manor house complete with moat. Formerly home of the Ferrers-Walker family; now National Trust property.
