HAMPTON LUCY

The village is four miles north east of Stratford and was sometimes known as Bishop's Hampton. The present church, designed by Rickman in 1826 was altered by Sir Gilbert Scott. The Rectory dates from the seventeenth century. There is a thatched village pump.
