TYSOE

Tysoe is a border parish adjoining Oxfordshire and made up of three villages, Upper, Middle and Lower Tysoe, all on the hill slopes. It is about three miles south east of Kineton. Lower Tysoe is sometimes called Temple Tysoe, the manors were held by the Knights Templars and later by the Knights Hospitallers. The parish church in Middle Tysoe is attractively sited.
